Excersice for a body Change ? Help ?

So this summer i want more muscle in my thighs and baby abs. I was wondering if i excersice for 2 months doing specific excersices, will my thighs be more firm & bigger ? will my stomach show baby abs ? & will my hips look more wide ? i am thin shaped, and my stomach is already pretty flat. i weigh 110lbs. any advice ?
