Maybe try to initiate sex. Whilst he is watching tv, subtly suggest it. Maybe drop hints or something. If you don't feel that he is paying any attention to you, end the relationship. Or talk to him about how you feel (I know you said you feel like you can't but you may have to) and make him understand what you want. Try to make sex interesting for both of you. And if you don't feel it is going anywhere, you may have to end it.
